In a career that has included periods as District Valuer and as Senior Building Surveyor at a prominent local firm, David now leads Right Surveyors Midlands as Managing Director and leader of the surveying department.
Nigel began on the path to becoming a chartered building surveyor back in 1992, when he gained a Diploma in Building Surveying from the College of Estate Management. Associate Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors followed in 1995, meaning that Nigel has practiced as a chartered surveyor for over 20 years.
As an experienced professional local to Coventry, Nigel’s repertoire includes advice on a range of property aspects, from the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 to pre-purchase advice for home buyers, from design & planning to interim maintenance reports.
Lisa manages a team of administrators, whose role is to support our chartered surveyors and allow them to focus their efforts on site visits and communicating with clients. She runs a tight ship, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every service we provide.
